Our mission is to enrich the quality of life of families in our community. Through these programs, we invite you to connect with other families and learn valuable skills in a comfortable, safe, non-judgemental home-away-from-home environment.
La Boutique Mosaïk
We offer families free clothing and other household essentials. We also accept donations of clothes and other gently used items. This service is by appointment.
Mosaik Food Pantry
Food for the whole family also includes diapers, formula, baby food, hygiene products. This service is through referral & by appointment.
Resource and Literature Library
Parents are encouraged to borrow books, DVDs and videos at their leisure. This service is by appointment.
Joujouthèque
Offers families the opportunity to borrow different toys, games and puzzles. This service is by appointment.
KidzTime is a twice weekly respite program offered to families who do not have access to other daycare services and meet Milieux de vie favorables – Petite enfance. requirements. By referral
These educational programs offer practical advice and hands-on, age appropriate stimulation and developmental activities on a variety of topics.
Teaches parents baby massage techniques while promoting positive parenting skills and strengthening parent/child bonds.
Massage and pampering for post-natal moms.
The groups provide a warm and welcoming place for families to drop-in and participate in fun and educational activities. This ‘school readiness’ program runs throughout the year.
These educational programs promote literacy through songs, nursery rhymes and storytelling.
Parents can stimulate their child’s Global Development anytime, anywhere at no cost! Workshops run
5 times per year at Mosaik and 10 times in the community. (70 families)
Summer activity. Picnic, play, stories, songs in different parks in the neighbourhood.
Includes our holiday party where many families attended, bake sale, holiday toy sale, etc.
